PRISM aims to empower LGBTQ+ students, both as mentors and mentees, to develop a strong sense of identities, navigate college life, and connect with the queer and trans communities. Through one-on-one interactions, mentors support and guide mentees through academic, social, and personal development and provide community and connection for mentees. Mentors serve as role models, active listeners, resource providers, and community connections to mentees. PRISM aims to foster community so that no student is alone in their identity development or college experience. For more information about this program and how to get involved, please visit PRISM Application.
